- Digital Products: Refunds for digital products (e.g., design templates) will be granted only in cases of defective files or incorrect product delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Custom Design Services: Refunds for custom services (e.g., logo design, branding packages) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be provided if the work delivered does not meet agreed-upon standards or if substantial changes to the project prevent completion. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery for assistance.
- Clothing Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Please initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for an exchange or store credit, subject to availability.
Refund Process

Exclusions
